Use of AI AI tools may be employed to support various aspects of the design and writing process, including but not limited to image generation, color selection, layout optimization, content generation, editing, and other enhancements aimed at improving creativity and efficiency. These tools are utilized as aids to human creativity, not as replacements, ensuring that the integrity and originality of the design process are maintained.
Transparency and Consent This policy serves to inform clients that AI tools may be used to support the design process. Explicit consent will be obtained prior to utilizing AI for significant creative decisions or when AI-generated content constitutes a substantial portion of the final deliverable.
Quality Assurance All AI-assisted designs are subject to quality review to ensure alignment with the client’s vision and brand identity. AI-generated content is customized for each project, avoiding overly automated results. While AI supports the creative process, LAe delivers high-quality, original designs and disclaims liability for unintentional similarities or errors arising from AI use. Intellectual Property Ownership of designs created with AI tools will follow the same terms as traditional designs. Clients retain rights to the final deliverables upon full payment, as outlined in our standard design agreements. All third-party AI tools used are appropriately licensed, ensuring no conflicts with intellectual property rights. While LAe may use AI tools for other projects, every client receives a unique and tailored final product.
Data protection and Privacy Client data is managed in accordance with our privacy policies and handled with the highest standards of care. Only secure and reputable AI tools compliant with stringent data security protocols are utilized. Client information remains confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties or AI platforms without the client’s prior written consent. All AI tools employed adhere to applicable data protection laws, ensuring the safeguarding of client information.
